Jocelyn looked up at his sincere expression.
His sincerity made her feel almost cruel to agree with his suggestion.
“Do you think I’m fickle? Jocelyn asked with a bitter smile.
Harrison shook his head, “This was all my presumption, you got dragged into this. If you think it’s necessary, I’ll clear things up This has nothing to do with you.”

“Yeah.” Jocelyn was totally drained and now all she could think about was how to deal with Melvin.
She flopped down on the bed and yanked the covers over her head, “Please leave, I need some alone time.”
After a while, Jocelyn heard the door close, then she pulled the covers back to reveal her face full of utter despair.
She wasn’t scared of much, but the thought of Melvin going after Harrison was terrifying.
The whole mess was blowing up online, yet Melvin hadn’t dropped her a single call.
She didn’t buy that Melvin was clueless.
No peep from Melvin was freaking Jocelyn out big time.
