Even the stairs leading to the second floor were made of solid wood, producing a dull sound when stepped upon.
There were many rooms on the second floor, but only Gary lived there. He liked being aone and disliked being disturbed by others.
When Lewis spent the night there, he had to stay in the building next door that was prepared for guests.
“Gary had two toorns next to his renovated for you and Aster to move in.” Lewis opened the door to one of them.
