Feeling a hand on my shoulder while I wait for what’s more to come.
“What’s wrong?” I hear Liz say and I have to breathe several times before I lift my head and look at her.
“I think he is hurt!” I say while she looks at me for a long moment.
“Where does it hurt?” she asks and looks worried at me.
“I feel dizzy and it gets harder to breathe while my chest hurt, I’m starting to sweat. I can’t say where it hurts more” I say and see her look puzzled at me.

the elevator comes to a stop and the doors start to open.
“It’s strange I have to say!” she just comment and turn her head to look outside the doors. We hear a loud roar and a fight that’s going on somewhere when she snaps her head that way and rushes out of the elevator while looking in that direction.
I take a few determined steps, but it’s more painful and I have to grab the doors to prevent them from closing. Holding my hand on it, I try to breathe deeply when I hear Liz start to growl in front of me.
“Liz, what’s going on?” I ask her when she sniffs in the air.
“Rogues!” she says when we hear several roars and I hardly get to react before she shifts right in front of me and shreds her clothes.
“Liz! What’s going on?” I say to her when she just gives me a glance before she turns her head the other way. I know what she plans to do and try to take several quick steps to stop her but I don’t manage to reach her before I see her take a quick sprint and disappear behind some buildings.
“Liz!” I call after her before my legs go out from under me and I fall to
hands and knees in pain. Sweat starts to run down my forehead and black spots start to dance in front of my eyes.

If I think back on how it felt when I was living in my old pack and went against the Alpha’s orders, this was the exact same feeling!
Moving my hands and knees I lift my head and look how much further I have to go to reach the elevator. Just a small bit further and I will have reached it.
Hearing some roars moving closer to where I am my heart starts to beat faster. I know if the wrong wolf finds me here like this I won’t have much to put up against them.
