Deceptive Appearance And Unseen Romance Chapter 13

Chapter 13
Eric came to her early the next morning without calling her in advance.
“Did you get up at 6:00 a.m.?” Evelyn leaned against the door and asked bleary-eyed.
She had stayed up late last night and had a headache now due to the wine.
“I’m afraid that you will escape, and I can’t sleep well.” Eric looked at her, thinking she was the first woman to meet him without wearing makeup. Besides, she just got up from the bed.
“But I want more sleep. Help yourself and I’m sleeping now.” Evelyn found her head muddled due to lack of sleep.
It was the first time that she did not wake up due to her biological clock. She should have finished morning training if she was in the troop now.
Eric frowned, thinking she did not take him as a man at all.
A woman would be alert when she was in the room with a man.
Yet Evelyn could not know his thoughts and went back to her bed.
They had married and she did not know why she should be alert.
Eric sat down and took out his phone. After sending some orders, picked the military magazine nearby and read it.
Then he found something and widened his eyes.
He could not believe his eyes.
The woman in the magazine was now sleeping in the room.

She had already met him, yet she fooled him that she had a common name. Eric knew they would have an interesting future now.
Eric walked into her locker room to make sure of this. He put on an evil smile when he saw the military uniforms in it. She was the sni per who had saved him. And she had disguised her beauty with that paint.
Eric wanted to know why she left the army.
He pondered a lot at the military uniforms, which were not decorated with shoulder loops or anything else now.
He remembered that she had reminded him to make a complaint as soon as possible. He had thought it was because there was a time limitation. It turned out that she was going to leave the army.

Eric looked at other clothes, which were hung casually. But the military uniforms were an exception. She treated them carefully as if they were sacred.
Suddenly, he had the impulse to know her thoughts and feelings,
thinking there must be a story about her leaving the army. Yet he did not know if it had something to do with her ex-boyfriend.
Eric sank his heart when he thought of her ex-boyfriend. But he did not notice his difference at all.
Perhaps he had a different attitude towards her, which he could not be aware of.
Three hours passed soon.
Eric did not disturb Evelyn. He just sat there and edited something with his latest phone.
He did not raise his head until Evelyn opened the door and stepped out. “You’re still here!” Evelyn said and yawned, not caring about her look at all.
“Did you have a sound sleep?” Eric put aside his phone and stood up, a spoiling smile on his face.
Evelyn took several steps back when she saw his reaction.
“Wait. What are you doing?”
She was alert as this man smiled weirdly.
“Nothing. I just want to know if you are hungry. What do you think I’m going to do?” Eric curled up his lips and teased.
“No. Did you have breakfast?” Evelyn said. She touched her hair and stumbled her way to the washing room.
“No. That’s why I ask if you’re hungry. I’ve been hungry to death.” Eric followed her and leaned against the door to look at her.
Evelyn did not plan to avoid him and started washing her face.
Yet she shut the door at last, which almost hurt Eric and made him leave.
“Anything else to take with you?” Eric raised the pitch of his voice when he saw the two suitcases near the door.
Evelyn did not plan to answer him at all. After several minutes, she walked out of the washing room.
“Are you picky about food?”

That was the first line she spoke to him.
“It depends. But I can’t everything. Will you make breakfast for me?” Eric looked at her with a smiling face.
Evelyn snorted. “Don’t take the credit. I’m hungry and won’t mind cooking food for two people.”
She was saying that he would not have the opportunity if she was not hungry.
“Really? I’m so lucky. Thanks!” Eric stared at him and could not help laughing when he thought of her disguised face.
“What are you laughing at? Are you insane?” Evelyn spoke, what she thought.
“Nothing. Just remember some interesting things.” He would not unmask her when she lay to him.
Evelyn rolled her eyes. “Are you okay with pizza?”
“Do you know how to make it?” Eric asked curiously.
“Of course.” Evelyn was reluctant to waste words with him.
She opened the fridge and took everything she needed before going to the kitchen.
“Are you sure about that?” Eric doubted when he saw the materials.
“Don’t worry. It won’t poison you.” She would not allow him to doubt her cooking ability. She had done everything in the army and cooking was one of them. When they were put into wild training, they had to eat raw food if they did not know how to cook.
Eric put on an evil smile after hearing that. “It will be my pleasure to be poisoned by you.”
“Don’t use those tricks on me,” Evelyn said and gave him a warning look.
She had learned the ability of the pla yboy of Lavine City.
Eric curled up his lips and did not justify himself.
He was supposed to behave in that way.
She had taken him as a pla yboy and words would not help justify for himself.
“Do you eat cucumber?” Evelyn cut it and asked.
“I don’t like it. But I don’t hate it either.” Eric looked at her and got lost in his mind. She was familiar with cooking.

“Then I’ll take it as a ‘yes,” Evelyn concluded directly, not thinking any
further.
They talked with each other as if they had been married for many years, “Where did you learn it?” Eric pretended that he did not know the answer. “Just one place.” Evelyn did not tell him the truth.
They did not trust each other, and it would take a long time before they could cooperate well.
“Can you be specific?” Eric asked and paid attention to her reaction.
