Chapter 42  Aliza pov  I hear Noah come running down the stairs and I’m grateful for his interference when I hear bones snap behind me and I take a big breath of relief I won’t have to see him naked again when I turn around.  Trying to get my feelings to settle down before I hear Noah come inside the kitchen.  “Mommy, I’m done!” he says and I take down plates and turn around to see him petting Darian’s wolf. Now I just need to get him out of my house without a fight.  “Good! Take a seat at the table.” I tell him and place the plates down when I take out the food.  Walking over with our plates to the table I place one in front of Noah when we start to eat. It doesn’t take long before I see Darian’s wolf get up from his place on the floor and his eyes glance over when he starts to growl and looks at the door.  “Mommy, why is he angry?” my son asks when I hear a barking from outside in the forest, I know something is going on and get up from my  seat.  “I think the dog needs to go home!” I say and head over to the door, his  wolf instantly takes off out of the door when I have opened it and I see him quickly run over the lawn and head right into the forest.  By the way, he took off, it might be something going on outside that I don’t know of. But at least I didn’t have to argue with him to get him out of the house. Closing the door I make sure it’s locked before I turn around and get back to the table.  Whatever is going on outside is none of my business and I believe Darian and his men will handle it!  We had a calm evening without any more visitors and once I had gotten Noah to bed I was tired and needed to do some work before sleeping. Decided to take my tablet with me to bed I took a shower and get under the quilt when I started to work.  My mind kept wandering away with me to Heidi and her sister even if I had work to do instead I ended up reading on the court orders. The more I read about the man the angrier I became that he has gotten away with way too much.  Her sister is not the only one in the line of women he has assaulted in ways I can’t wrap my head around, the lack of evidence has been the thing that got him free on many charges and his sentence was way too low. How can it even be possible that he walks out with just a few years in prison?  I didn’t get much sleep last night and have no idea what time it was I placed the tablet away, and with all the information I got last night, I’m even more determined to find a way to get revenge for Heidi’s sister.  12:32 D  “Noah it’s time to leave!” I say and help him with the jacket and bag before we leave the kitchen. I had to take a slow morning at home, hadn’t the energy to get up early today, and just send a message to Liz that I’ll be in after breakfast.  Walking over to the door with Noah I open it and look outside before leading him out of the door. No one is here and I don’t even see his men outside!  It’s strange that they are away but I’m grateful if Darian decided to pull them back.  Closing the door I lock it and grab Noah’s hand before we start to walk down the stairs and walk toward the car. Halting right before we reach the car I see Darian standing in a suit with several businessmen in the field beside the house and I instantly got a feeling I won’t be liking what he is up to.  Unlocking the car I open the door and get Noah inside before fastening the seat belt and placing his bag on the front seat with my bag.  “I will be right back, just need to talk to the men over there!” I say to him before closing the door and starting to walk the way I see Darian standing.  He sees me come walking over to where they are and start to walk my way and meet me halfway, he has a dominant aura around him and I get weak in my knees when looking at him. Shaking my head at myself before we come to stand in front of each other.  “What are you up to!” I say and place my hands on my hips, the smirk  44.34%  12:32 D  Chapter 42  288 Vouchers  on his lips tells me it’s nothing good,  “Nothing!” he says and takes a step closer to me so I have to tilt my head up to look at him, if he thinks I will be intimidated by him he is wrong!  “I can see it in your face you are up to something!” I say when he looks over my head at the car Noah is sitting inside before he turns back his head toward me.  “I want to see him!” he says and tries to change the subject.  “And I told you to take your men off my property and leave me alone!” I say when he takes a small step close to me when he hooks a finger under my jaw before he leans close with his face.  “You see doll! I’m not at your property but mine!” he says with a mischievous smirk on his lips and it takes me a moment to connect the dots with him standing this close to me.  “You can’t do this!” I say in shock before anger starts to bubble up in my body when he leans closer and I feel his breath fanning my face  “Oh, but I can!” he says when I swap his finger away from my jaw and take a step back to get away from him.  […]

Chapter 41  Aliza pov  Looking at the door when the sound comes again Noah is fast to run forward while I take a fast step after him to try to stop him.  “Noah wait!” I say when he stops by the door with his hand on the handle and I hear a whimper outside, I can only guess who it is on the other side when Noah opens the door and Darian’s wolf is laying outside the door.  Sighing, I pinch the bridge of my nose when I see Noah ignore me and run over to his wolf and throw his arms around the wolf’s neck.  Just what I didn’t want to handle tonight!  “Mommy look! The dog is back!” Noah says happily and I give him a nod when I see his wolf lick him on his face. The timer to the food goes off and I have to get out and fix the rest before the food will be ruined.  “I’ll be right back!” I say and turn on my heels and rush over to the kitchen and take out the food to add some cheese on top before it goes -back into the oven for a moment longer.  Fixing the timer before I turn around and see Noah standing inside the kitchen with his big wolf behind him, he almost takes over the whole  100%  12:32 D  Chapter 41  288 Vouchers  kitchen and I take a step back and look between them.  “Noah you can’t take him inside the house, don’t you see he is too big!” I say when his wolf whimpers and lay down on the floor.  “But mommy see! He isn’t so big when he is laying down!” Noah says and pet his head, I know he wants him inside with him.  “How are we supposed to get around him? We will have to climb over him to get to the other side!” I say when I remember what we brought today and almost start laughing at the thought.  “Hey, Noah! How about you give him some food! I brought it for him today!” I say when Noah starts to bounce on his feet in eagerness and I can’t help but smile at the sight.  I take out a big bowl I brought for him today and the can of food when I feel Noah beside me and I help him up on the counter before I open the can and give him a spoon to get it all out and into the bowl.  “Here let me help you get down and I can give you the bowl!” I tell Noah once he is done and help him off the counter before I give him the bowl and take a step closer to them when Noah places the bowl down in front of the wolf.  Grabbing my wine I take a sip on it and lean against the counter when I see his wolf sniff at the food and snort at the smell. I swallow a laugh and try to not give myself away to Noah when he tries to have him to eat the food.  Chapter 41  “Mommy, I don’t think he likes the food!” Noah says and turns his head to look at me.  288 Vouchers  “Oh! I’m sure he will eat the food since it’s you that gives it to him! He doesn’t want to make you sad” I say and look at the wolf when I see his eyes flicker before he grunts and slowly starts to eat the food against  his will.  “Mommy he eats it!” Noah shouts happily and I have to bite myself on the lip to not laugh out loud. The food smells disgusting and I bet it tastes as terrible. This sight in front of me I will remember forever and cherish, a bit of revenge back at him and I might get to do this again the next time he comes here.  Chuckle out loud when I clear my throat and try to hold the laughter in when I see his wolf rise his eyes and look at me, I know I just got busted but what is he going to do to me?  Sipping on my wine I look at the wolf when he slowly eats the food with the biggest smile on my lips. It’s quite satisfying to see him forcefully eat every bit of the food, I would be lying if I said anything else.  “Mommy look! He ate it all” Noah says and grabs the bowl before he walks over to where I am and hands it to me. Placing it down on the counter I look at Noah’s big smile.  1  “Why don’t you get up and wash your hands before it’s time for dinner! The dog can wait here” I say to him when he happily rushes out of the kitchen and starts to head for the stairs.  Chapter 41  288 iVouchers  Holding my glass of wine I take a big mouth when I grab the bowl and place it down in the sink, hearing bones snap I turn around to see Darian standing and gulping my bottle of wine down.  I can’t help the shock when I accidentally look over his naked body and swallow my wine wrong. I start to cough heavily at the shock he is completely naked and I just saw his dick in daylight and that thing is huge.  Turning to the sink I try to cough up the wine I swallowed wrong while trying to get the image out of my head when I hear him place the bottle down. 

Chapter 40A  Aliza pov  Seeing Liz pulling on Heidi’s arm when she is about to shift | instantly grab her other arm. Something is really wrong for her to behave this way, it has never happened before.  “Heidi, whatever it is we get to the car and talk about it!” I say when we both try to pull her away from there when she growls at us.  “Need any help?” I hear a man’s voice from behind me and I already know it’s one of his guards.  “No, we are good!” I say when Liz manages to pull Heidi with her, I grab the bags she dropped on the ground when the guard comes over and takes the rest.  I let him carry them and we walk over to the car when Liz gets in the back seat with Heidi and I place the bags in the front seat before I hurry over to the driver’s seat and drive  out of there.  “Heidi, what is it?” I hear Liz say when Heidi still doesn’t answer. Right now I don’t want his men to follow us, we need some time alone.  0.00%  ။  O  10.56 D  “Let’s get her home!” I say when I speed down the road and try to get back as fast as possible.  Arriving outside the restaurant I’m quick to get the groceries inside when Liz has walked over to the flat with Heidi. I’m fast to fix what I need before rushing over there.  I’m not prepared when I come inside the flat and hear Heidi both cry and.curse out loud and I have never seen her anything like this before. Liz is standing inside the living room when Heidi walks around and I stop in front of her when I grab her shoulders and force her to look at me.  “Tell me what it is!” I say when she burst out.  “He! He is fucking out while my sister lies six feet under! He only got a few years for what he did and the fucker has the conscience to come back here!” she burst out and pointed with her whole hand in the air.  We both know she had a younger sister that got raped several years ago and she took her own life after. We met Heidi after it had happened and none of us have met the sister, she hardly talks about it or shows her feelings for what happened. Seeing her this way is something we never have seen before.  “And that’s the man you saw today?” I have to ask her when she shakes off my hands and starts to pace around in the  29.67%  ။  O  10:56 D  room again.  “Yes! And he only got a few years for what he did to her  and another girl! Chapter 39A  Aliza pov  Sitting in my office I’m lost in my thoughts, have a lot I should be doing instead but my mind keeps wandering away with me.  “I think it’s time you tell me what’s going on with you today!” Liz says and walks inside my office and shut the door after her before she walks over and takes a seat in front of my desk in a chair.  Sighing, I pull my hair over my shoulder and sit back in my seat, this morning I had to fix my hair again with Frederic and I would rather just have pulled it up in a bun on my head but he refuses me to go around with it.  “I just have a lot on my mind!” I say and turn my head to look out the window.  “Yeah! I figured as much, but now you have to tell me!” she says and I turn to look her way, I told her everything that happened in his office yesterday when I got back.  “This morning when we came out of the house he where there in his wolf and interacted with Noah. I let them meet!”  0.00%  O  10:56 C  I say and see her smile.  “I think it’s good you did, he might be a good father! A shitty mate but a good father!” she says and she can be right about it.  “I can’t forgive him and accept him as my second chance mate, not after what he did!” I say when she leans back in  her seat.  “I’m not telling you to! But Noah has a father that wants to meet him and I think you should let them bond on your terms! We both know Noah has Alpha blood from both his parents and he needs someone that can shift and help him when he will need it! They are growing up faster than we want!” she says and I know he is going to need help to understand it all. I can’t shift and help him in any way.  “I know you are right! I haven’t told Darian I have no wolf and I can’t have him showing up on my doorstep whenever he feels like it!” I say and turn my head to look at the watch, I need to go shopping in a moment but this whole day has been a mess since this morning. I left his wolf standing on my driveway with the saddest eyes I have ever seen but it can’t be helped, he shouldn’t have just shown up at my house!  “I hear you! But I’ve got an idea!” she says and gets up from her chair and starts to walk towards the door.  25 89%  ။  10:56 D  O  <  “Care to tell?” I ask her when she stops by the door and turns to look at me.  “I’ve got a cancellation right now and you’re coming with me!” she says and has a smirk on her lips. I know whatever she has in mind it will be good and I can’t miss it!  Chuckling at her I turn off my computer and grab my bag before following her outside my office. She is quick to change her clothes before she comes rushing over to me.  “Ready!” she says when Heidi walks over to us from the kitchen.  “Here I have the list! And I need to make a quick errand to the other side, I can go with you!” She says when she stops in front of us. 

Chapter 38  Aliza pov Standing in my kitchen with a new cup of coffee I try to have my brain to wake up. When I got back home yesterday, there was so much I had to do, and once Noah where in bed I was up to long after midnight to wash clothes and clean the house. Taking another mouth of my coffee, I place the cup down on the sink and wash Noah’s plate while he is looking at the tablet by the table. I decided to take a soft morning at home before going to work. Drinking the last of my coffee, I wash the cup and dry my hands on the towel before walking over and taking my bag with me. Holding Noah’s jacket in my hand I walk over to put it on him before I turn around to make sure everything is turned off before we leave. “Time to go!” I say to Noah when he gets down from his chair and head for the door. Walking after him I open it and remember I have forgotten my phone in my bedroom, left it there to get charged and need it with me. “Wait here! I’m just getting my phone!” I say and turn around to rush up to the second floor, grabbing my phone 0.00% ||| O < 10:56 D place it down‘ in my bag before I walk out of my room and head down the stairs. When I come to the door Noah isn’t where he was supposed to stay, I know his men are outside and guarding beside the tree line so I’m not worried but I hurry out of the door when I stop in my track from the sight in front of me. Noah is walking on the lawn towards a big black wolf with his head placed low and his ears are pointed back in submission, my breath hitches in my body and I can’t move from my spot when I see Noah reach out his hand to the wolf and takes a slow step forward. Anger flares inside my body and I have to take deep breaths and not lash out at the wolf, I know Noah would be upset and none of this is his fault. I have to be the bigger one here! I see Noah being insecure about the last step and reaching the wolf but he has nothing to be afraid of since it is his father. I’m not surprised Darian would come here and try to see him, I know I’m wrong to refuse my son his father but I’m just too angry and shocked at the moment to think clearly and handle the situation better! I sigh and take a step closer to the railing when I see Darian’s wolf laying on the ground and start crawling the last bit over to him. He is still as tall as Noah and his wolf is more like a big bear than a dog. 17.44% ||| O 10:56 D Noah reaches his little hand over the wolf’s head and slowly starts to pet him while I see the wolf reaches over and starts licking Noah in his face. The sight in front of me melts my heart and I already know his wolf loves his pup. Hearing Noah laugh when his wolf’s tongue licks him on his face is wonderful to hear even if it takes all my strength to keep calm. I let them have a moment before I’m taking him from there, I don’t have to be cruel and at the same time I punish Darian for what he did I’m depriving Noah of his father. I have to do something about it later! Turning around I close the door and lock it before I start to walk down the stairs before I sit down on the last step to look at them. Noah is laughing out loud and once he sees me sitting on the stair his face lit up with the biggest smile. “Mommy look what I found! A dog and he has no collar, can we keep him? Please Mom!” he says and rushes over to where I’m sitting while Darian’s wolf starts to walk over to where we are. Chapter 37A  Aliza pov  Looking at him for the longest moment before I try to get my arm out of his grip.  “That will not happen! I will never bare your mark again!” I spit at him while struggling to get loose when he only pulls me tighter to him and his face comes closer to mine.  “Was that supposed to be a threat? Why don’t you growl at me at least!” he says with a smirk on his lips and I’m sure he is trying to get on my nerves and have me dropping my walls to my wolf so he can get what he wants. But I don’t have my wolf.  “Fine! Have your men following me around and I can offer them a place in my bed as well” I say when he growls at me and we have a standoff, his eyes flicker to black ones and I feel his anger radiates out of him.  “Can both of you calm down and explain to me!” I hear his father say when more people come inside the office.  “Darian we have to go!” I hear Jeffrey say and turn my head to look that way.  0.00%  O  r  10:55  “Have Chase take her home and make sure to double the guards! No one is allowed inside her house!” Darian says before he let go of his grip on me.  Glancing at him one more time before I turn around and  start to walk away from him with determined steps, but nothing went the way I wanted. Chapter 36  Aliza pov  Pushing the door open before I carelessly walk right inside and see him sitting behind his desk and another man is sitting in front of him and talking.  When he lifts his gaze and looks at me my heart takes an extra beat and I’m not prepared for the feelings he stirs up in my body!  Seeing him looking at me all over when the secretary rushes by me.  “I’m sorry I couldn’t stop her!” she says when Darian sits back in his seat still with his eyes locked on me and right now I’m starting to feel small and naked in front of his intense gaze.  “Leave us!” he says in his dominant dark voice that sends a wave of heat through my body, I’m taking a step to the side when they all walk past me and leave the room.  Hearing the door close behind me I feel dry in my throat all of a sudden. His eyes are still on me when he slowly gets up from his chair and walks around his desk to lean against it  0.00%  10:55 D  O  <  instead.  “Ready to talk!” he says and it has me snapping out of my  state.  “You..! Chapter 35  Aliza pov  Walking up before my alarm goes off and lifting the quilt off me, placing my feet down on the ground I walk over to the bathroom and get ready for the day.  Yesterday his men followed us around and back home, I where irritated the whole evening, and when I had gotten Noah to sleep after a few hours of play I couldn’t even use my porch to sit outside as I use to.  I’m hoping they have given up and gone home, I have no energy to deal with them today!  After I have washed up I walk over to put on a tight knee- length black skirt and a white shirt, I’m going to have a meeting today and have to dress up a bit.  After I’m done I walk out of the room and head over to  wake my son up, finding him standing by the window and looking outside I walk over to see what he is looking at.  “Mommy those men are still there and they have some loose dogs!” he says and points out the window. Seeing several men and werewolves outside I sigh, not again  0.00%  10.55  today!  “Yes, you are right!” I say to him and turn around to get his clothes ready, I haven’t told him about werewolves yet since I can’t shift and show him, and being in a human town I don’t think it’s a good thing to tell him yet. I have several years before I need to tell him the truth!  “Come we have to get you ready!” I say when he comes over and I start to dress him quickly. Heidi and Liz are doing the breakfast today and I have to hurry and get us done, once we have eaten and he is at kindergarten my meeting  will be at work.  “Mommy, can we have a dog?” Noah says and looks at me with his big smile.  “I don’t have time to take care of one right now, maybe another time!” I say and drag the shirt over his head before taking the jacket on him.  “Come! We got to hurry!” I say and take his hand in mine before grabbing his little bag and heading out of the room.  Coming downstairs with him I take my bag and head over to the door when I open it and Jeffrey and another man standing outside and waiting.  “What are you doing here?” I snap at them and walk out  14.63%  |||  O  10 55  with Noah.  “Here to assist you in any way we can!” the man says and I shake my head while locking the door and start to walk down the stairs with Noah without talking to them.  Good start on the day and already feel fed up with them.  Reaching the car I unlock it when Jeffrey walks past and opens the door before I get a chance to. Placing Noah in his seat before putting the seat belt on and closing the door.  He holds the door open to me and it takes me everything to not lash out at them, haven’t asked them to be here!  Getting inside in silence I start the car and start to drive when two cars drive ahead of me

Chapter 34  288 iVouchers  Chapter 34  Aliza pov  Seeing who it is I turn back my head and roll my eyes and sigh, that was the end of my free trip and they have started to get on my nerves.  “Here I have the last of it!” the owner says when he walks over to the rest of my order and starts to pack it up in two bags. Hearing some footsteps behind me when I feel a man standing right behind me.  “Good try!” he says when the owner turns over to me and I pay first before he hands me the bags but the man grabs them instead  “Hey what are you doing?” I protest when he takes the bags and turns around.  “Darian’s orders to help you!” he says and starts to walk out of the shop while I say goodbye to the owner and rush out after the man  “Stop it, I can carry my stuff myself! Don’t need any help!” I protest loudly after him but he ignores me and walks right over to my car where there are two other cars and several  0.00%  |||  10:55  <  men standing and waiting.  “Take it up with him!” the man says and stands beside the car and turns to look at me, anger starts to bubble in my body and I have to take several deep breaths to calm down! I’m sure this is his way to make me talk to him but I ain’t giving him that satisfaction to call him!  Mumbling angrily to myself I take out my keys and walk over to the car and unlock it when he opens the door and places the things inside the back seat before he walks over and gets behind the steering wheel.  “What do you think you are doing?” I say angrily and shocked when I see him adjust the seat so he fits inside.  “Taking over and driving the car! Get inside you have a private chauffeur as of now!” he says and gives me a wink while I’m about to boil over in anger. The nerve Darian has!  “That Man!” I say out loud in anger while I stomp over to the passenger seat and open the door before getting inside.  I have to bite myself on my tongue to prevent myself from Hashing out in anger what I feel about all this.  “Where to! And by the way, my name is Jeffrey!” he says and I glare at him from the side.  14.98%  10:55 D  Chapter 34  Constantly repeat to myself in my head “I’m not going to call him, it’s precisely what he wants me to do!” before I’m pinching the bridge of my nose and tell him the direction.  He drove me around to every place and he carried all the bags from every shop, I got more and more angry with every second passing before we arrive back.  He stops the,car at the back of the building and his men come over and carry every bag for me and head over to the restaurant while I take my bag and just look at them.  “Here are your keys!” Jeffrey says and I just glare at him before taking them from his hand and walking after the others over to the restaurant. The men are already inside and give the bags to Heidi when she sees me coming inside the doors.  “Look at you! Have your own personal guards and helpers!” she says and wiggles her eyebrows at me while I give her my angry eyes and walk past her and head right over to my office without stopping and shut the door close after me with a bang.  “You have to tell me what this is all about!” I hear Liz’s voice when she opens the door and walks into my office. I’m too angry to speak and just point with my hand at the door in response while looking at her.  33.84% 

Chapter 33  Aliza pov  I’m not surprised he would contact me again, but I have no intention of talking to him whatsoever.  “No, we don’t!” I say and take the phone from my ear and hang up. Liz starts to giggle beside me.  “That was not even an excuse I accidentally hang up the phone, you just clicked him!” she says and I hear Frederic ask who when Liz is quick to fill him in on everything while he is finishing my hair.  “Oh, girl! You are in big trouble now!” he says and sprays my hair with hairspray when he is done.  “It doesn’t change a thing!” I say when they start to laugh at my expression.  “At least you got nice hair when he comes barging inside here and sweep you off your feet! I can’t wait” Frederic says and swirls me around in the chair.  “Is he all hot and manly!” he says with a dreaming expression on his face  0.00%  |||  O  10.55  “I have a feeling you will see for yourself one day,” I say and get up from the chair before I take the phone with me and head for the stairs, I have things to do and can’t stay here any longer.  “Thank you for this!” I say just when I reach the stairs and try to get my hair to the back instead, I already feel bothered by this long hair that’s fallen down my back. It’s so much easier with just a messy bun on the head when all hair is out of the way.  Walking down the stairs I’m prepared for him to call me again but he doesn’t do it. I got the whole morning to fix work and get things ready when the first customers start to walk inside. There is a knock on my office door when Heidi opens the door and walks inside to where I am.  “Do you have time to go shopping?” she asks when I place my papers down on the table.  “Right! Give me a minute and I will go!” I say and fix the last things on my computer before turning the screen off.  “Here is everything I need, a lot is for tomorrow but I need the things in the top today!” she says and points to the note she hands to me. I take a moment and read it before I have an idea of which stores I need to go to.  “I will go right now, be back in an hour tops!” I say and take  15.56%  O  10:55  my handbag with me while I get up from my chair and start to head out of the door.  “I bet you will have your own security guards with you!” she says and winks at me when I walk past her. Rolling my eyes at her statement, I manage to completely forget about his men outside the door.  “You don’t think I can escape some way?” I say and stop by the door, I don’t want anyone of his men following behind me while I’m going around and shopping.  “I’m sure they are guarding every door we have!” she says and I turn around to look at her, she just gave me an idea.  “Then I think they need some more coffee!” I say and give her a wink before walking out of the room and heading for the kitchen. Some of the other employees can walk out with a tray to the men while I take my chance and sneak out the other way.  “I get the tray and the takeaway mugs, fix some coffee!” Heidi says and chuckles when she starts moving around in the kitchen while I walk over to make some new coffee.  “I’ll get one of the waiters inside here!” Heidi says and heads out of the kitchen while I look at the coffee and the  mugs.  38.40%  O
