“Wait, what? Bryan stopped you from going to work? You mean, you’re now jobless?!” Jessy asked, widening her eyes as she stared at me.
Jessica, Janet and I went to this new mall in town to get ourselves some beautiful dresses. It’s that time of the month again when we always change our wardrobe.
We’re done shopping and now seated at the cafeteria side where we ordered a delicious meal.
Not to forget that we took tons of pictures with lots of people the moment we stepped into the mall. Before we could purchase anything, they came to us and all over everywhere asking for a picture together.
It’s quite funny because we’re never a celebrity but the fact that we’re related to the ‘5 Gold Pillar‘ boys so, of course, we will get such treatment from them.
“She’s not jobless for goodness sake! She’s still married to the richest man in the world world. Receive sense for once Jessica” Janet said rolling her eyes at her.
“But he already stopped her from going to work.” She hissed saying that before turning to face me. “You already submitted your resignation letter, didn’t you?”
“Hmmm, this morning” I hummed, nodding my head.

“He won’t dare try to hurt Bryan! “Janet hissed as she suddenly slammed her hand on the desk in front of us whilst glaring at me. “I can’t say about you but he will never dare try to hurt him” She added again.
I don’t understand her. Why is she sounding like a protective wife? I’m Bryan’s wife, not the other way round.
Janet, you’re acting weird. Why are you acting like Bryan’s wife?” Jessica asked, making me and her look at Janet strangely.

“W… What are you saying? Wife my foot! I’m just stating the fact. I mean, Bryan is well trained and it’s hard for him to get hurt but you Emily, you know nothing about defending yourself. I opened my mouth to say something but then, something suddenly caught my attention. I saw this pretty lady walk into the cafeteria with Sky following behind. her.
“Is that not, Sky?” I asked, pointing towards the entrance of the door where they walked in.
My sisters looked from my pointed finger towards the door and Jessy suddenly jumped up from her seat. She made a loud scream out of excitement making Janet and I jolt in fear. Not only us but also got attention from the people around us. “Oh my goodness! Is that not Sophia?!” She exclaimed.

She ran straight towards them whilst we did the same. Moving closer to them, Jessy was already in front of the strange girl and embraced her in a tight hug, taking her off guard. “Sophia!” She exclaimed again in an excited tone.
The lady who hadn’t seen her face slowly broke their hug with a confused look on her face but the moment her eyes landed on Jessy, the expression on her face changed from irritation to excitement.
“Oh my God! Jessica!” She exclaimed excitedly too and this time around, it was she who initiated the hug. She hugged Jessica tightly as if her life depended on it.
“You now stay in New York?” Jessica asked after breaking their hug.
“No. Actually, I came here to wrap some things up. I never imagined that I would ever see you here. Look at you girl, you’ve changed a lot. You look so good” She said, spinning Jessica a little while looking at her proudly.
Janet and I looked at each other and smiled a little. This kind of bond always feels

good though. And, the girl also seems nice too. She made me remember Fred’s wife Natasha.
I wonder how they’re doing now. However, Bryan told me a week after our wedding that Fred and his wife relocated to another state leaving behind his father’s business. He said he needed some time to get over the whole thing that happened the other day. But since then, no one has heard from him.
I just hope they’re doing fine.
“You too girl. You’re not looking bad yourself” Jessy said to her. “Oh my goodness, my bad. Allow me to introduce you to my two beautiful sisters.” She added, turning to face us.
“This is Janet, my elder sister and this is Sophia, my other sister too. Girls, this is Sophia. My colleague than when I went for one one–year internship in Brooklyn”
“It’s nice to meet you, Sophia “I said, extending my hand for a handshake but out of the blue, she pulled me for a tight embrace instead.
“I can’t believe this! I’m finally meeting you for the first time!” She said, excitedly and still hugging me tightly.

She suddenly burst out laughing. “Oh no, please don’t misunderstand me. I have zero feelings for your husband. Actually… Allow me to properly introduce myself to you. I’m Sophia Montclair. The heir of MT Oil and Gas Limited. Some months. ago, I found myself in danger and your husband saved my life. If not for him, I would have been dead by now. I owe my life to him” She explained.

“So, your name is Sophia huh? You’re the heir of MT Oil and Gas Limited?” Sky said, a smirk plastered on his face.
Janet and I looked at each other again and smirked. I could already imagine what

was going on between the two. But what I don’t understand is, why is Sky of all people following a girl around like a lost puppy. The last time I checked, he was the type who never believed in love.
“Can you just let me be” Sophia hissed looking irritated by his presence.
“No, not until you give me an answer”
“What answer are you talking about? What’s going on between you two? “I asked, looking from Sky to her.
“Absolute NOTHING!!” She said, stretching on the word ‘nothing‘
Of course, something big is going on between them.
“You just hurt me, my love. I thought we were already lovers” Sky said as he placed his right hand on his chest and pretended to be hurt.
“You wish!” She hissed again rolling her eyes at him whilst Sky smirked in return.
“You girls are still here right?” He asked.
“Of course. We just ordered our food and it will be ready soon” Janet answered.
“Good. My love, stay with them okay? I will be right back” Sky said and swiftly stole. a k*ss from her then he walked away.
The girls and I widened our eyes in horror.
What in the world just happened?!

After he left, Jessica dragged Sophia with her to where we were sitting. And before I could move my leg, I heard my name being called by someone familiar from behind. “Emily?” I turned and saw my colleague, James standing there and smiling down at me.
“James! Oh my goodness! What are you doing here?” I asked, smiling before hugging him briefly.
“Well, I came here to get my sister a few stuff. I took some days off and decided to explore the town today” he said.

Poor guy, he still doesn’t know that I have resigned. I’m glad Bryan is not here with me else, he would have punched the hell out of his face.
James has always been a nice guy to me. He treats me well/at work but my husband doesn’t like him. He’s always complaining about him being too close to me and even forbids me from associating myself with him. He told me to stop talking to

I can confidently say one of the reasons why he tried to stop me from working in my company was because of James.
A few minutes passed and the food we ordered arrived. Sophia also told us what has been going on between her and Sky. They met at a club 2 weeks ago and they ended up having S**. Ever since then, Sky has been following her around and asking her to be his wife.
I can’t believe this is happening again for the second time. First, it was Bryan and now it’s Sky?
“Why do I feel like history is about to repeat itself again?” Jessica said in a mischievous tone.

“Well, let’s say something similar happened between Emily and Bryan. He fell in love with her after they both had a one–time S** and promised to marry her. And now, they’re happily married. Both are in love with each other and can’t do without each other. No one would allow neither of them out of each other’s sight
