Caroline struggled a few times, but she failed to escape his grip.

into Kirk’s arms.
Kirk looked down at her with a warm smile. “Are you throwing yourself into my arms, darling?”
Fuming, Caroline pressed on his chest and got up. “Watch your driving, Mr. Jack.”
In the front seat, Jack quickly replied, “All right. I’m sorry.”
However, his eyes were on Kirk.
While Caroline was distracted, Kirk gave Jack a slight nod. He would give Jack a raise when he
got back.

Caroline tightly held onto the armrest, but she sat close to the car door. She even took out her

As soon as Caroline opened Twitter, she saw Daphne’s post.
“I never thought I would get the leading role of ‘Daughter of the Sea‘. I’ve always liked Ms. Weiss‘

When Caroline opened the comments, she saw many mocking comments directed at Daphne.
